In Luke chapter 12 Jesus taught us to beware of hypocrisy, to fear God, and to confess Jesus before people. He also told us to abandon covetousness and worry, to seek the kingdom of God, and to live as faithful stewards who wait for the Master who will come again. Finally, He awakened us to the division caused by the gospel and to the responsibility to discern the time and prepare for the judgment.
